Our Return Policy

You can return most items within 15 days of receiving your order. Items must be:

  • Unused and in original condition
  • In original packaging with tags attached
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Bikinis and Beach Wear (unless defective)
  • Ding Repair Kits (opened products)
  • DVDs and Books (if opened)
  • Grip & Pads (if installed or removed from packaging)

How to Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps to initiate your return or exchange:

  1. Contact Us within 15 days of receiving your order at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return
  2. Wait for Approval – We’ll respond within 2 business days with return authorization and instructions
  3. Package Your Item – Securely pack the item in its original packaging
  4. Ship It Back – Send the package to our headquarters at:

Refund Information

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Processing Time: 3-5 business days after we receive your return
  • Refund Method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Exchange Shipping: Customer pays for shipping of exchanged item

International Returns

For our global surf community (except some Asian and remote areas):

  • You’re responsible for return shipping costs
  • Customs fees are non-refundable
  • Please mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional charges

Damaged or Defective Items

If your gear arrives damaged or defective:

  2. Include photos of the damage and packaging
  3. We’ll arrange a free replacement or refund
